Located on the southern end of Live Oak County, this ranch boasts excellent wildlife habitat and highway frontage on HWY 281. The ranch has a very good combination of heavy South-Texas brush with big mesquites and open country suitable for hunting quail. Dix Hollow Creek is a large, wet-weather creek that traverses the entire ranch. The ranch has a good road system and two water wells.
