Situated South of Hebbronville TX on Hwy 1017, in an area well known for its wildlife, this ranch offers the best of both worlds. The ranch is split almost down the middle by
the much desired South Texas Sand Sheet, known for creating the optimum in quail hunting

Location: Located in the Southern portion of Jim Hogg County, the Palomas Ranch sits along
the West side of Hwy 1017; about 3 miles North of Agua Nueva, TX and 23 miles
South of Hebbronville, TX.
Access: The main entrance to the ranch is off of Hwy 1017. It is an all-weather caliche road
that leads to the ranch HQ.
HWY Frontage: The East fence line fronts Hwy 1017 for approx. 2.42 miles.
Facilities/Utilities: The ranch HQ are located on the North side of the property. There are
two trailer homes and an old ranch house that are all clean and in
working/living condition. Also on the site is a large two-bay barn, a
deer and bird cleaning facility, dog kennels and a storage building. The
facilities are watered by a well located at the HQ via electric pump.
Power comes in from the Hwy to the HQ by an above ground cable.
Water: There are six water wells on the ranch: three powered by windmills, two at the HQ
powered by electric pumps, and one abandoned oil field well. Well depths range from
100-400 ft.
Minerals: Minerals and Executive Rights are being offered. The ranch has been
3D'd and it has been drilled on. Currently there is one producing well on the
ranch.
Roads: The ranch consists mostly of dirt roads; however there are some excellent caliche
roads that make getting around the ranch easy.
Fencing: The fencing divides the ranch into three large pastures with three smaller traps
situated around the HQ. The North and South perimeter lines are high-fenced and
the East and West perimeter lines are low-fenced.
